I purchased Accordance 6.9 at ETS this past month. Everything loaded, but the Greek text is corrupted. When I put the cursor on the Greek term, the right term appears in the text box, but the corrupted word from the text appears in the info section where TENSE/VOICE/MOOD or noun declension is given.

I contacted Dave, who had a font problem which was corrected by running the latest 6.9.1 installer.
If that had not worked I would have recommended either:
Download the new fonts.pdf and follow the instructions.
And/or:
Run the Font Fixer for OS X.
