The syntax modules are not appearing. I downloaded the files today, so I don't think it is a beta issue necessarily. Suggestions?

Where do you expect them to appear? The Add panes Syntax button lets you add them in parallel with the text. They do not appear anywhere else.

Currently the syntax is only available for the book of John, with free updates as more books are added.
