Is there anyone else who would like to see Tom Constable's Expsitory Notes on the Bible added to Accordance?
They are very good, more of a modern commentary, and cover the whole Bible. They are free on the web, so they may not be difficult to provide as a module.

If you know how to use the User Tools you should be able to work them into that. It might take a little formatting work, but you would be able to customize it as you see fit.
