To enable direct Greek and Hebrew searching (as in, not using our keyboard) go to your general iOS Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> International Keyboards, and add a Greek and/or Hebrew keyboard. Then, you can press the Globe key on the keyboard to cycle languages.
Direct amplification isn't available yet on the app, but you can copy and paste from the instant details to your dictionary's entry box.

Some of this is discussed in the help page:

However, in terms of user interface, I am lost. And I don't know how to download my library or sync my existing desktop library.
But I am sure you guys will be very humble to learn from other great user interface from other iOSs developer in the upcoming future versions.
A bit instruction will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Kit

I try to download some but they do not appear in the library list. Very slow. If I can drag my modules directly to my ipad that would be great.
The modules display their file size, and the download speed is dependent on your network connection, so the speed is what you should expect. As discussed many places elsewhere, direct sync with the computer is a planned feature, but we didn't want to keep holding up 1.0 for it.

By that do you mean that there's presently no way to do a direct link/lookup from a Greek text to, say, BDAG, or from a Hebrew text to HALOT???! If I'm understanding you right, then that needs to be right near the top of the priorities for the next release--second only to bug fixes!

I know it will be improved, enhanced, etc. but as it stands right now, I love it!!!! Ooops, wait a minute, I can't download both iPad and iPhone at the same time.... one at a time. Thanks... still, so far, it is wonderful.

For the strongs number it must be in a [KEY ?] command. So once selected, in your search box tap 'Commands' and then KEY. Replace the automatically entered strong's number with the one in your clipboard.
Just a note for others - this is quite sensitive. Make sure you are in Word not Verse search, and also make sure there are no spaces between the key number and the closing bracket. Don't know offhand if that is also an issue in the desktop software, but never ran into the problem there. At least the G/H can be upper or lower case.
