In the Hebrew diagramming, prefixes are separate entities. This is not bad in itself, but it means alot of rearranging to simply get the prefixes (and suffixes) close to the word they modify. And you can't put the too close, otherwise they 'disappear'. I'd like to see this improved somehow.

and is it possible to make the type size (font) larger when diagramming in Hebrew?

You can very easily make the font size bigger when diagramming in Hebrew. Select the portion of text you want to change, and then click display, go down to size, and pick whatever size you want the font to be. You can make fonts smaller that way, too, if you ever want to do that.
