Helen,

What does "Satellite background" mean in your announcement of Atlas 2. accordance.maps.google.com ?

This is one of the new backgrounds we offer, looks a little like a satellite photo (all the backgrounds are based on satellite data), only we didn't have time to perfect the one on the first batch of Atlas 2 before MacWorld Expo, so we are offering it as a download. It will only work with the other files from Atlas 2. Here's what it looks like:
