Secondly, once the popup window is open, I can't dismiss it by tapping anywhere outside it. I HAVE TO tap on the Close button in the top left corner. But if I scroll main text just a little bit, popup window is closed immediately. I find it inconsistent. It's OK to have Close button, but I think that just tapping outside the popup window also should close it.
At least in NAC, tapping on notes' links doesn't open popup window at all. (For example, open Judges 12:13 in the Bible text and in the NAC commentary there is a note (link) named "178". Tap on it. Nothing happens. I expected to see the same commentaries I see in the Instant Details palette in the desktop version. A bug or a missing feature?
And if I could speak about aesthetics… Popup window could have 20-40% darker Close button, not so bright white. Maybe v.1.1 could offer the same screen background color as iBooks?
