I wrote an email to support on this matter, but received no answer. There is a small bug in the LXX lexicon that always reports the same number (3) for the appearances of the word in the third section of the LXX. I think that third section is the Poetical Books. If you look up any word in the LXX in the LEH-2, you will see the number 3 in the third section. The total number of appearances is always wrong, however. Unless of course the word does appear 3 times in that section.

Yes, your eagle eye has spotted an error in LEH-2 which had not been pointed out by anyone else. We have no idea how it was introduced, but we think we can correct it for the next release.
