For some reason in Clarke's Commentary, I get transliterated hebrew rather than a Hebrew font, sometimes preceded by a rectangular symbol. For example, Genesis 1:1 comments begin:

?rah taw µymçh ta µyhla arb tyçarb Bereshith bara Elohim eth hashshamayim veeth haarets.

The "?" above is a rectangle in Accordance. Any idea why this is happening, or if there is a way to have it show the Hebrew text?

This is an error in our Clarke, and we'll do our best to correct it for the next release.
