I haven't been able to nail it down to a particular sequence of events, but after synching the rest of my library with the iOS 1.2 version (which is great!!!) I have found that in many English Tools the GoTo function stops working after several iterations. It works for a few navigations, then clicking on a new target simply returns me back to where I was when I touched the GoTo button. It may have something to do with viewing graphics, but not every time. I've had problems in Holman Dictionary, ZPEB, and NIDCC.
