I am usually asked to format my articles using BibleWorks fonts or SBL fonts. Is it possible for a Windows user to install and use Yehudit and Helena?

No, it is not possible, but you can export Greek and Hebrew from Accordance to SBL fonts, Linguist's Software, or to Unicode.
