I see two squares in a(gia&sai and a(gi/aj
Is there problem with the module? The Fonts seem to work fine everywhere else....

I doubt it is the module, but the latest version is 3.02.2. Do words starting with alpha rough breathing look OK everywhere else? If not, it IS the fonts.

Helen, it happens again. This is what causes the problem:
After reinstalling 6.9.2 the font looked fine.
I restarted.
Opened FontBook
Saw a dot in Helena
Resolved Duplicates
And FontBook disabled "Plain" Helena ("Off")
Opened Accordance
The same squares appear again in 1 Esd 1.3
Went back to FontBook
Activated Plain Helena
The dot besides Helelna appeared again, denoting a possible conflict.
But the squares are gone in 1 Esd 1.3

You need to Get Info on each font style, and leave only the ones in your Library/Fonts/fontname.famTrueType. Deactivate or remove the others.
FontFixer should do that for you.
