Hi,

Just ordered the NIV2011, and downloaded the .dmg . (Hasn't appeared in EasyUpdate as yet.)

When trying to run the text installer I get this error.

Solution? Thanks.

There is no installer for the NIV11. It can only be downloaded through Easy Install. And all the installers on that page are for version 8, and will not find or install to version 9 on OS X.

Thanks Helen. In that case two comments follow:
  • It hasn't appeared in Easy Install as yet. How long should that take?
  • If the installer doesn't support v9, then it would be good to have a note to that effect in the e-mail receipt (which provided a link to my account, which in turn provided a download link for the installer). As it stands downloading the installer seems the natural sense of the instructions on purchase.

Sorry, I will remove the link. Internet is slow here in Singapore in the midst of a downpour, but I will try to check the Easy Install. Has it worked for anyone else?

I just purchased the module and the same issue for me. It doesn't show in Easy Install.

It does show up in my Easy Install, and I cannot see the problem. This may need Joel's help which won't happen for several hours yet. You may just need to be patient.
