I want my default english tool to be Eerdman's dictionary, right now it is place names. How do I change the order of the tools? I searched in the user manual for "default, "reorder", "order", and I can't find it in the preferences.

Just go to Edit Modules in the Edit menu and you can rearrange the tools and other pop-up menus as you like.
However, to make it the default tool when hypertexting from the Map or Timeline, you must select it in the Set Display dialog for each type of module, and make it the default.
