I have a new iPad2 (64 GB, Wi-Fi only, iOS 4.3.3, Accordance 1.2). I installed NETS and NETS2 using "Sync with mobile device." When I tried to install NET it indicated success, but it was not installed in the iPad. I tried rebooting both the MacBook Pro and the iPad2 to no avail.
When I deleted NETS and NETS2, I was able to upload NET. Then I loaded NETS and NETS2. Strange.
