I'm having trouble figuring out how to sync my multiple highlight files with the updated iOS and Accordance software. I have a different highlighting file for each language that I am using, and I have gotten in the habit of highlighting verb stems/tenses with different colors. When I do the sync, under user tools it lists my note files, but there doesn't seem to be any option to sync my highlights. Am I missing something? How do I transfer my highlighting files?

Just to be sure, the lastest iOS version is 1.3 and the latest MacOSX version 9.4.1. You will need to be updated to at least these versions to allow syncing of User Tools and Highlights.

When I do the sync, under user tools it lists my note files, but there doesn't seem to be any option to sync my highlights. Am I missing something? How do I transfer my highlighting files?
