When I change the Tool Display setting in the Preferences control panel (in this case, I have changed the font size default) and click "OK" an error is returned "I/O Error #-40 in the file 'User Tool Settings.'"
Click "OK" to dismiss the error pop-up, and the "Cancel" and the font size change is enacted anyway. Changing an individual Tool setting in "Set Tool Display" is working as expected.
