I changed the font for my esv text to Times New Roman 12pt, but it still copies as geneva into word. How can I fix that? (I changed the text in accordance to save myself time when I'm copying!

Perhaps you have Unicode export set for Greek and Hebrew, and this means that font information is not retained (at present).
