Plain & simple; I've tried everything possible that I can think of to open the TIMELINE, but to no avail (obvioulsy including using the HELP menu)... Any sugesstions would sure be appreciated!!!

Have you paid for the code, downloaded the installer, and actually installed it? If not, you cannot open it, the button is there just to remind you of what you could have.
