delano Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 Merry Christmas! Due to the joys of electrical surges, I lost both my computer and my Time Machine. I have no other backups for programs I had, only for papers I've written. I am in a daze trying to restore everything on my new computer, so I need some help. I tried installing the Accordance 8 startup disk I have (to upgrade immediately). When I enter the unlock code I have from my account, I get a message that it is either incorrect code or has been used before. How do I proceed? They can check what you own, recommend any upgrades, and you'll be able to download the latest versions of (almost) everything without codes or installers or disks.
