I'm new to Accordance iOS and have it installed on an iPhone 4S. When I attempt to do a word search on Moses, with word search selected in the settings, I get the response "The book 'Moses' cannot be found.' When I do a word search on Ruth, Ruth 1:1 opens. It is as if I cannot change the setting from verse to word. What should I do? Thanks!!! John

It sounds like the app is doing a book search. The selected option (words or verses) appears with the white letters while the other (non-selected) option is grayed out. Is that the way it looks for you?

Thanks for the quick response. Whether I select word or verse in settings, I only have ESVi, Verses, and More appearing with white letters while words is greyed out! OK, now I switched from verses to words in search mode and it works perfectly! All is well now. Thanks.

The settings menu sets the default, but both options are still presented in the search view, as you figured out. I'm glad it's working now. Welcome to Accordance!
