She will receive the Distinguished Technical Communication Award from the West Michigan Shores – Society for Technical Community at their upcoming annual awards banquet. This is the highest award level, and usually reserved for Help systems created for large companies by teams of specialists.
Deborah has worked diligently to understand the most complex aspects of Accordance, and to develop a Help system that explains Accordance to a new or expert user. We are proud of her outstanding work, and thrilled that it has received this recognition from her peers.
See our recent Press Release.

Many congrats. Always good to see good work getting rewarded.
I have a well-established history of referring users to just how useful and well-done the in-app Help system is, and encouraging them to use it. Most recently:
I fear that still not nearly enough users realize the resources available there, for really being able to utilize this wonderful tool they have in their hands. Because Accordance allows you to quickly get up and running with some simple things, it's easy not to discover just what is possible.I think not enough Accordance users realize the treasure trove of tutorials and reference material available in the Help files.
Every Accordance User should do themselves a huge favor and click on Help/Accordance Help.
It really is worth setting aside the time to work through selected areas of interest in those helps.
