I have done a search for all Greek words in a particular range. In the details button I am creating an Accordance. Using the display customization I see that I can choose how much is shown in a text excerpt, as well as the excerpt size. What I can't figure out is why excerpts are showing only for the words that occur only once.
How do I get a text excerpt for all of the hits?

Which version are you using? This is not happening for me in 9.6.5. Please post screenshots of the search tab and the Concordance.

I figured it out Helen - my text excerpt size was too low.
