I would like to add my voice for the icons in the resource palette to be added to the Toolbar, especially the General, English, and Reference icons. This would add significant ease to getting at the Tools one would use without having to drill down to those resources. Thanks

Great to now have the option to add an icon for each tool category to the toolbar. Thanks to the developers for responding to our requests!
