I have on several occasions successfully created a small user tool and then decided to delete it from Library in order to massage the text a bit in an external editor. I first closed the open user tools window and then used the shortcut key to delete the tool from the library window. As soon as I respond to the 'Do you really want to delete?" dialog box, Accordance silently Quits. This only happens when I delete the tool immediately after creating it. I can delete tools that have previoulsy been in my library with no problems.

I think I have reproduced a crash with similar conditions and believe we will have this fixed in a future revision.
