1. Make sure the Library Window is set to be a popover in Apperanace Preferences.
2. Click the Library Button on the toolbar (the library popover appears).
3. Click the LIbrary Button on the toolbar again (the library popover hides).
4. Click in the Search All text entry box.
After #4, Accordance crashes consistently. I am running 10.0.1 on OS X 10.8.1.

Also crashes for me in the 10.0.1 release. Are you running that or a local build (haven't tried in that yet)?I'm having trouble reproducing this, is there something I am missing? I create a new workspace, click to open the library (opens as a popover), click the toolbar button again to dismiss it, and click the Search All field of the toolbar - no crash.

I think you may need to ensure that the normal search bar is active (clicked in)
then open and close the library popover, and click in search all.
I too found it wouldn't crash this morning till I did that. With that extra step it crashes consistently.
