If one selects text in a User Tool that contains bold and non-bold text, and the Bold format button is clicked, the formatting of all selected text is effectively reversed. Bold becomes non-bold and non-bold becomes bold. This is counter to the way every program I have ever used works.
The first click on the Bold button should bold all the selected text. Keeping the already bolded text bold. The second press of the Bold button should then remove the bold formatting from all the selected text. This anomaly is not just confined to the bold format. The underline and italic (possibly others) also work in this same manner.
Changing this to a more standard, expected behavior would make formatting in the User Tool editor much more intuitive.
