Go to the Accordance preference menu and look under "citation", you will find some options there.

Hi Steve,
The other place to explore a little more is the "Copy as" items in the contextual menu or in the "Edit" menu. You can remove superscripts, or format as a citation in there. I usually paste as unformatted text and then tweak it in my Word Processor/Presentation program from there.
