In examining Matthew 2:19-20, when I would hold the mouse over an english word, the greek words don't always correspond and vice-versa. This seems a bug to me, but it has also been a very long week so I just might be tired. Can anyone else replicate this behaviour? Screenshot attached.

I think I can tell by the screenshot that you are tired :-)
The screenshot shows an obvious problem, but I cannot replicate it here. You are using ESVS-S and GNT-T, as I am. It seems to highlight perfectly for me.
Just as a suggestion and 2 questions.
Question - what version of Accordance, OS X, and the texts are you using?
Suggestion - Have you restarted Accordance?
Question - have you updated all your texts (via check for content update) - though my guess is that a restart will probably fix it. Let us know if it does. It's still a bug we need to try and reproduce so we can squish the little critter.

Acc 10.0.2
ML 10.8.1
ESV 3.1 & GNT-T 4.0
I believe everything is up to date os and Accordance wise.
Now I think I have a clue which might point to the cause. When I went back to replicate the error, it was working fine. However, when I clicked on a cross reference in the pane below and another workspace opened, when I closed that workspace and went back to the original workspace this is where I am able to get the strange behaviour again. Attached is the workspace that I am using.
