I am having a reoccurring crash when I select the + button to create a new tab / open a new resource. I can open new resources from the library window without crashing. Pasted below is the beginning of the console report. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Does the crash occur immediately upon clicking the button, or only after selecting items from its menu?

Thanks for the quick reply, Joel. Immediately. further, upon relaunch, accordance does not prompt for a crash report or signal that it quit unexpectedly.
