It would be nice if one could return to reading at a selected verse after a word search, like in the iOS version, instead of returning to Genesis 1:1 ... :)

On the Mac you have so many more options. For example, have another tab (Search or Context) showing all the text and tied to scroll with the tab in which you search. Then you can switch to read in that tab at any point, and it will always have the same verse at the top.

A simply back button to return to a previous search would be great. Granted there are lots of options but given how familiar we all are to the standard browser behaviour in searching this would be really intuitive.
