This is missing in my Accordance UBS4-T.

I see a rough breathing mark over the verse number with the words quoted missing.

Yes, there is an error in the text at this point. With Accordance 9.5.3 and up you can report a correction from the program by highlighting the text and going to the Help or the right-click menu.
