I have Mountain Lion and a MacbookPro 17 inch. The option click is not selecting texts. I must use cmd-7.

This was a deliberate change to support option-clicking for displaying Instant Details. You can also mark or unmark texts using the right click menu.

I wish there was a way to give you this as a preference. The other way was much quicker for the way I study the Bible in accordance.

Another thing to point out that definitely confuses the issue. When I right click and choose Mark Selection, Accordance pops up a helpful window telling me that I can Option+Click and achieve the same results. Of course, this actually isn't true anymore.

My two cents? I'd like to have the Option+Click for marking verse as well. It was much faster.

Yes, that dialog does need to be edited, sorry! But the key command combo, command-7, still works to bookmark a verse.
