In the User Tools edit window in Accordance 10:

• When the cursor is below an empty line, the up arrow key does nothing. It should jump to the empty line.

• When above an empty line, the down arrow key skips the empty line and takes the cursor to the start of the line *after* the empty line. Again, it should jump to the empty line.

This isn't how Accrdance worked in version 8, and it's not how any Mac program works that I know of, so I assume it's a bug rather than intentional. In any case, it makes it very difficult to quickly reformat my user tools. Is there a way this could be fixed in the next dot-update?
