Whenever I create a Reference List, no matter what file name I give it, it always opens with the window name "Reference List". I can keep track of the topic by putting a description in the description area, but it gets confusing when multiple reference lists are open. Especially when I try to add a verse to a specific list. When I select: Selection->Add Selection To-> all of the open reference lists have the name "Reference List" and I don't know which one I am adding the reference to.

You can rename your Reference List windows by going to the Window menu-->Set-->Name... and entering a new name. If you're viewing a Reference List as a tab within the Workspace window, you can also control click the tab to set the name (in version 7).
