Hi,
I decided finally to devote some time trying to learn how to use Accordance. On the first video one is told that Option-Shift-0 let appear or disappear the Toolbar. But this does not work on my swiss keyboard. Instead it enters a special character in the search field. Is this due to a different keyboard? And if so are there charts of equivalences somewhere?
Thanks.

It should be Command-option-0. This is an error in the podcast not the keyboard.

It is indeed Command-Option-0, but in my keyboard I have to press 0 in the numeric keypad, since the shifted 0 key is the equals sign (=), and that hides the Toolbar but it also increases the font size of the active window. I mention this just to make clear that the type of keyboard you use does make a difference in a number of shortcuts.
