I am trying to sign in to the iOS app on my iPhone, and when I input my username and password and then go to sync in order to download the modules all it says is "waiting for accordance..." (I know my username and password are correct, I have the app downloaded on my iPad). Is there a problem with the accordance server or am I doing something wrong?

You have to set Accordance to sync as well: Accordance menu:Sync with Mobile device.

Are you wanting to sync your iOS app content with your Mac app content? That's what syncing is for. It sounds more to me like you want to download your available content from the Accordance Easy Install servers. If so, tap on the "open box" button in the bottom toolbar rather than the sync button. This will use your AccordanceBible.com account information to log into the servers and show you a list of available content you have rights to and do not have installed on your iOS device.
