Is there some way I can keep the Highlight window open?
Is there some way to move the highlight window on the screen?

I was going over Galatians seeking to highlight an couple of topics as I read.
I found that now w/ 10 the window fixes on the screen & cannot be dragged to the side.
Also, every time I highlight new words, the window disappears & has to be opened again.
It is like an artist having paints and after every brush stroke, someone walks off with the paint set.

Postscript, I found a doo hickey at the right to click on. I clicked it, & behold the window came loose & stayed on the screen. Problem solved.

Hi Enoch,
it's easy to turn the highlights popover into a highlights window

Just click the little icon in the top right corner of the highlights popover (indicated here)

and voila! A persistent window until the next launch of Accordance.
