Is there any way of changing the text display in Instant Details? I am assuming not, as I can't find any way to do it in Preferences, but I wanted to double check.

Along similar lines, I have the font and font color change in the ID (in the same Workspace), depending on what resource I'm using--even though the font and font color are the same in all the given resources. Is this just how it is?

When ID is giving you a look at a resource (e.g., BDAG or HALOT), the font reflects the settings for that resource. You can set the default for a specific tool or text with cmd-T (be sure to click "Use as Default" before clicking OK to make the change "permanent" [you can change it later if you wish]). You can customize tool and text fonts globally in the Preferences.
As far as I can tell you cannot customize the font of the glosses (but I am open to correction!).
