When I hover over a note in the NIV 2011, it doesn't show any information about it. What am I suppose to do, to see the notes for NIV 2011?

Joel - Just click and hold, and the note will appear as a pop-up.

Does Option-click do anything? If not, do you have the NIV11 Notes module installed in your library?

No, option -click does not do anything, and I don't have the NIV11 Notes. I have upgraded to Essentials a few months back. Is that a separate module? Or is that included in the Essential package?

It should have been downloaded with the NIV11, and would explain why none of your notes are working. Try going to Accordance menu -> Easy Install and seeing if it is available for download.
