No footnote when copying from Bible Themes Dictionary

The title pretty much says it all. If I copy text from Manser's Bible Themes Dictionary to Word, I do not get a footnote like I do with other texts I copy to Word. Can anyone offer an explanation? Is this the way it should be for that module?

This is probably an oversight, as the information needs to be included in the Biblio file. Thanks for letting us know.
