I'm trying to create an Accordance account for relatives to use on a new iPad, but the verification email never appears. The website has said several times that it was sent, but there's nothing. Is the system working correctly, and how long does it normally take for that email to be sent? I need to catch the email before my father-in-law sees it. :)

It is normally sent immediately. Write to orders if you don't get it, and they can activate the account for you.

Hi ya,

Just to add a data point on this. I had exactly this experience last night and while orders did immediately sort it out for me and things were ok, I too am wondering if there is a problem in the system somewhere.

There was a glitch holding up the e-mails - it seems everything is going through properly now.
