I'm wondering if there is any Latin-Greek NT parallel and/or Latin-Hebrew OT parallel (similar to the MT-LXX parallel) that is being or could be developed. Also for the other early versions such as Coptic and Syriac.

I've thought about the same thing, especially working in Syriac. At first I thought that a similar database would be helpful for Syriac - MT, but then I realized this doesn't, from a programming perspective, generalize the data in a way that could be used for later purposes. Then I realized that it would be best to codify the syntactical positions, to which later texts could be coded. Thus the parallel would then be created algorithmically, and could even then be subsumed into the interlinear features. But alas, I am not a programmer.
