I was wondering if any of you Hebrew scholars might be able to help with the translation of this brief inscription on stone? I have not seen this in person and am having difficulty making out several of the letters, some of which are not clear or have been chipped. I am also too new to Hebrew to contextualize the words without their vowel markings, so I turn to you experts
I've attached the photo here. Enjoy, and thanks for any help.

Here's a quick approximate translation -- I've expanded abbreviations and guessed at some of the words.
