Could you please change those red dots to notes icons? They'd be me informative what they represent. And they should respond to taps, otherwise interface becomes very confusing on touchscreen devices. And if you'd move those icons to the let margin, they'd resemble PDF documents with the user notes...

Another feature request: please show popup window with the Bible text when I tap on the Bible reference links in the user notes. Links are there, but when I tap on them, nothing happens.
