I used the gift cards that I received for Christmas earlier in the day today. My account still shows that I have the full amount as a credit. I would hate to try to spend it a second time :D . When should I expect to see that credit gone?

Randy, we are looking into the issue, it should be gone when the purchase actually goes through.

Helen, I just assumed the purchased had already gone through. I got a receipt for the amount I spent over the gift card amount, and my purchases have already been downloaded to my computer. If you wish to spend it again, I would be happy to oblige ^_^ .
