As a matter of curiosity, the release notes for the iOS 1.6 app mention both dropbox and iCloud. I've got the picture with the former, but what's the iCloud bit about? There's nothing in the Acc help about it.

The help is still being updated for v1.6.
There are two iCloud enabled features in v1.6. Bookmark Syncing and Remember My Place. Both can be turned on or off in the Accordance section of the iOS Settings app. When enabled and a user is signed in to their iCloud account, the list of saved bookmarks and the current reading location in the front most search view are automatically synced between a user's iOS devices.
