I had Accordance 8 and just upgraded to 10. When I attempt to open it I get a dialogue box asking me to locate the "NET" text. When I cancel it brings up other version to look for. I see a folder named "Texts" in the dialogue, but it is empty. What can I do?

I would suggest calling the fine folks in Support Services at Accordance for help with that. I am certain they can help you.

If anyone stumbles on this, I fixed it myself (who wants to wait until Monday morning to get the shiny new piece of software working). I deleted Accordance using App Cleaner (free download). This program was able to find some of the preference files hidden away deep in the bowels of my computer. After getting rid of all my old stuff, I was able to install the new version, and it is fully functional.
