Yes. Move the text you wish as default to the top of the list in the Library view. To do so, tap the Edit button in the top right of the screen in the Library view. On the far right of the screen, touch and drag the three shaded lines for the text you wish to move. Simply drag it to the top of the list and then tap Done. The moved text will now be your default.

The default text module used throughout the app is set by which one is listed first in the Texts section of the Library view. So to change the default text is simply a matter of editing the order of the texts in that section.
