Searching for Spirit...

I'm trying to search HSBS for the word "Spirit" without returning results for both "spirit" and "Spirit".  Can somebody help me out and tell me what command to use please?

 

I'm sure the answer to my question is in the help files or on the forum, but I've been unable to find it.
